Susan Cairns was a successful TV presenter, having worked as a Presenter and writer on 'OUT OF CONTROL 2'  for ACCELERATION TV productions on Granada Sky, and World Action Sports for '100 YEARS OF VAUXHALL CARS'. As a stills photographer for: Bentley Drivers Club; H.S.C.C. and as a Photographic-Artist she sold many beautiful pieces of artwork from her 'UK LIGHTS' collection at Galleries across the UK, appearing in a number of print magazines. Finally finding her true calling as an AWARD WINNING Film DIRECTOR for her feature documentary 'GULF WAR SYNDROME fact or myth'. .

AN INSPIRING JOURNEY

In 2004 Karen co-founded the Cherwell Theatre Company which continues to thrive today. With a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts. Karen is experienced in delivering theatre workshops and producing short plays. 

Karen enjoys working with adults and children of all ages and abilities to create theatre and  film performances.

 She understands the industry as both a writer and performer having worked both sides of the curtain.

Karen keeps her mind sharp with her emotive writing, and her body strong from the core outwards with her weekly ballet class.

Her written work has been published in many forms and she continues to create scripts & poems, and is currently working on her first feature novel.
